INTRODUCTION
The NEXUS Series is an advanced handheld Fiber Laser designed to cut, weld, and clean various metal materials effortlessly. It offers a range of power options from 1.5KW to 2KW, with higher power variants also available.
WELD BEADS
Our laser welder is capable of producing a wide range of weld bead shapes, including 8, ZIG ZAG, programmable automatic dots, lines with different thicknesses, triangle effect, and more.
HAND HELD
Includes a high-precision ergonomic handheld equipped with a digital wire feeder for welding with input. It achieves maximum production in the shortest time and is easy to maneuver in places or points with difficult applications.
LASER SOURCE
Our fiber laser welders are equipped with Max Photonics laser generators; TOP BRAND specializes in manufacturing fiber optic metal cutting sources.
TOUCH SCREEN
Our high-resistance touch-screen control panel is fully programmable, empowering the operator to fully control welding speed, welding effect, type of weld bead, wire thickness selection, and numerous other integrated functions.
WIRE FEEDER
As part of our package, the NEXUS Series includes an automatic, fully programmable wire feeder that supports standard wire rolls up to size 1.6, readily available in the market.
WELD FAST
Our NEXUS Series welder can weld up to four times faster than older technologies such as TIG, MIG, or Microwire. This reduces production times and improves weld quality, resulting in an aesthetic weld.
MATERIALS
Laser technology can weld metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and galvanized steel.
PACKING
The NEXUS 3-IN-1 is confidently housed in a sturdy wooden box and features the welder with a handheld attachment, wire feeder, and a comprehensive set of nozzles and accessories.
INDUSTRIAL COOLING SYSTEM
This includes an “industrial” water cooling and refrigeration system; the chiller is electronically controlled, keeping the water cold. Just adjust the temperature required by the system.
