INTRODUCTION
Our NOVA Series metal cutting machine is the perfect tool for small and medium-sized factories that plan to cut stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and brass, among other materials, on a medium scale.
WHAT CAN I CUT?
Our NOVA Series can cut stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, Galvanized steel, and aluminum. This chart is referential and can vary by up to +/-30% depending on the alloy, material composition, surface, supply type, and quality (Nitrogen, Oxygen, or Air).
LASER SOURCE
Our fiber metal cutters are equipped with Max Photonics laser generators, TOP BRAND specializes in manufacturing fiber optic metal cutting sources.
AUTOFOCUS HEAD
Metal sheets are never entirely flat; they have waves or are uneven. The “Auto Focus” is an efficient height regulation system with a height sensor equipped in the cutting head; it detects the distance from the output nozzle of the laser light beam to the material's surface.
SERVO MOVEMENT
High precision, detailed capacity, and speed are crucial to obtaining the best laser cutting quality. FlexMax Laser incorporates servo motors on the steel X, Y, and X axes and digitally controlled drivers. Servo technology is known for its high precision and smooth movements.
CUTTING SOFTWARE
We include one of the world's most potent and popular cutting software programs, either Cypcut or Raytools, pre-installed. These systems offer complete and efficient machine control and support processing of DXF, PLT, and AI LXD files.
RACK AND PINION DRIVE SYSTEM
The best displacement system. FlexMax is among the first to include this system based on precise gears that help reduce vibration and achieve unsurpassed cutting quality with “0” offsets. It also minimizes wear and tear on the machine throughout the years.
DSP EASY CONTROL
FlexMax Laser includes an industrial-grade DSP hand controller to operate the metal cutter efficiently from a safe distance.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION
Lubrication and maintenance are basic needs for a laser cutter, so we equip them with automatic lubrication systems, which have a technique that transfers oil to sensitive places.
INDUSTRIAL COOLING SYSTEM
This includes an “industrial” water cooling and refrigeration system; the chiller is electronically controlled, keeping the water cold. Just adjust the temperature required by the system.
FUME BLOWER SYSTEM
Maximizes the suction of dust and particles, achieving clean cuts. It channels the fumes and gases generated when working with varied materials.
WAREHOUSE TO YOUR FACTORY
We ship the machine directly from our warehouse to your location anywhere in the USA (Except Alaska and Hawaii). Once it arrives, a technician will set up and install the machine.
