FlexMax Laser MOVE Series is a line of cutters and engravers specially designed to cut soft materials from a roll through a fully automated process in which the conveyor-type table pulls the material (fabric, leather, etc.) from the feeder. Of the roll holder and processes it coordinatedly in a cycle that ends only when the material runs out. Our MOVE series line features two robust laser tubes that operate in parallel or independently, depending on the model.

These tubes work like two machines in one. The MOVE-X2 doubles the production capacity of any conventional laser cutter simultaneously. This model uses our high-end laser tubes up to 150W, manufactured with high-resistance tempered glass and internal lenses made in the USA. The performance of the laser tubes varies with power level, between 4,000 and 12,000 actual hours.

The roll material feeder comes in widths of 63 and 71 inches. It can accommodate a roll of fabric, leather, or any other rolled material, cutting it in a continuous cycle until the material is fully used. The roll holder is electronically synchronized with the work table, ensuring smooth and coordinated rotation. There are 2 available options: A) ideal for thick material. B) Ideal for thin materials.

1) The CCD camera system is specifically designed for cutting small, intricate contour pieces. It scans a sample before cutting to ensure maximum accuracy and preserve every detail, then finds and cuts all pieces in the table. 2) The panoramic vision system is optimized for larger contour cuts, such as sublimated textiles, where high production speed and efficient material processing are more important than ultra-fine cutting precision.

The electronic water chiller maintains the laser tube temperature during operation by keeping the water at room temperature. This highly efficient unit requires minimal maintenance.
